IRC225915 - DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT
At Eni, we are looking for a Drilling Superintendent within the Zubair Field Operating Division in Basra, Iraq. You will be coordinating, directing and reviewing drilling operations, within defined drilling programs and budget, to fully meet the prognosis target while pursuing the best results in terms of safety, time and cost effectiveness.
As a member of the Operations Divisions, Drilling & Completion department you will be responsible for :
• Evaluating the need for services equipment and material and issuing their request
• Preparation of annual drilling program review
• Overseeing drilling activities and associated contractors
• Coordinating activities of company and contractors' units involved in drilling operations and deciding on day-to-day matters
• Reporting during drilling execution of any technical or economical variation from approved scope, proposing appropriate changes if necessary
• Participation as a member of the emergency task force
• Drilling technology knowledge acquisition and capitalization
• Ensuring full adherence to the Company's Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and standards.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
• Engineering degree or high school diploma
• Extensive Oil and Gas drilling experience
• Intermediate knowledge of English language
• Drilling activities: Drilling Operation, Mud Line Suspension, Horizontal Drilling, Drilling Fluids & Cement & Cement Operations Design, Well drilling experience
• Advanced drilling: Lean Profile, Underbalance Drilling, Coil Tubing Drilling
• High profile drilling: Extended Reach Drilling, Hp/Ht Drilling, Simultaneous Drilling, Wellbore Stability/Sand Production/Prediction & Control
• Data management and computer literacy.
