IRC225916 - FIELD ENGINEERING MANAGER
At Eni, we are looking for a Field Engineering Manager within the Zubair Field Operating Division in Basra, Iraq. You will be managing engineering in the field, related to modification, MoC, new development project, maximizing asset value realization, assuring production targets, monitoring and controlling efficiency of the team and contractors and managing human resources and local contractors.
As a member of the Field Engineering department you will be responsible for :
• Meeting assigned targets
• Ensuring health, safety and security of all field assets and personnel
• Participating in the preparation of project execution programs and strategies and in the definition of optimum ways and means for their implementation
• Interacting with technical committees, taskforces and work teams in studying the highly specialist issues related to the engineering of the facilities
• Identifying areas with technical problems and initiating necessary relevant action plans
• Coordinating and approving preparation of service contracts covering all essential aspects
• Cooperate in defining procurement programs for material and deliverables
• Cooperate in the procurement of equipment substitution and modification
• Managing internal relationships and interactions with counterpart
• Providing direction and guidance to on-site human resources
• Liaising with local regulatory and administrative authorities
• Ensuring full adherence to the Company's Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and standards.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
• B.Sc. Degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Plant Engineering
• Extensive Oil and Gas industry experience
• Extensive experience in development projects, engineering studies development
• Fluent in English language
• Ability to work effectively with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds
• Strong communications, managerial and influencing skills
• Project management
• Data management and computer literacy
