Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and experienced
Sand Control & Stimulation Field Specialists to oversee and execute sand control and stimulation operations. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 5 years of field experience and a proven track record of success in the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute sand control and stimulation operations such as gravel packs, Frack packs, Matrix stimulation treatments in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
- Conduct pre-job planning and post-job analysis to ensure optimal field performance and continuous improvement.
- Operate and maintain stimulation equipment, including high pressure triplex pumps, sand blenders, batch mixers, continuous mixers, and chemical mixing units.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all operations, equipment performance, and job outcomes.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sand control and stimulation operations in the oil and gas industry.
- Relevant Diploma, certifications and training in sand control and stimulation are highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of sand control techniques, methods, and related equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- In-depth understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in diverse and challenging environments.
- Ability to travel to various field locations as required.
