The Data Centers Site Services - Field Lead is responsible for supervising SLB field team members and safely providing customer with onsite technical guidance, parts receipt/condition tracking, reporting, and a primary point of contact for initiating offsite support as required. They will report to SLB Data Centers Plant Management while indirectly reporting to the Data Centers Site Services Manager. The job will require strong collaboration with Field Technicians/Specialists, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Management groups as needed to support the area of expertise and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of product and service delivery and formally communicates findings.

- Perform robust inventory and condition assessment of SLB-manufactured parts and assemblies as arrives onsite.
- Required to have experience in Data Center Power Network, Cooling, and Transport Modules or must quickly train to acquire knowledge and expertise of assembly, testing, and troubleshooting processes.
- Will be required to travel interstate domestically on a 3-week / 1-week local rotation. Will be required to attend training and support SLB Shreveport Technology Center as schedule allows. Site locations include but not limited to: Red Oak, TX, Council Bluffs, IA, Lincoln, NE
- Will be required to utilize SLB laptop and use digital tools to perform job duties: SAP, Google BIM360/Bug, MS Office Suite.
