Job Description- Realizar la actualizacion de diferentes bases de datos para las CATEGORIAS de CS On Demand y CS Proactive previstas para el departamento de Customer Service y entregar los analisis en el tiempo establecido. Asi mismo, documentar errores y posibles oportunidades de mejora.
- Realizar el correcto analisis de los datos suministrados en cada uno de los procesos involucrados, con el fin de identificar oportunidades de mejora, errores y/o fallas.
- Desarrollar propuestas de proyecto que permitan mejorar algun proceso con el uso de las herramientas proporcionadas por la compania.
