Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Control Manager to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in production management, manufacturing, or a related field. This role is crucial in ensuring our production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, engineering, planning, warehousing, and quality control, to ensure smooth production operations.

Minimum Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering Field, OR a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in production control or manufacturing.
- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
