As a Site Manager, your role is to develop and ensure quality in managing wind farms. You will work closely with supervisors to meet KPIs, stay within budget, and adhere to safety requirements.
Responsibilities - Ensure OH&S policy is effectively implemented and managed at site
- Responsible for the safety on site under HSE principle
- Develop leadership
- Contract management, fulfill contract obligations
- Build and maintain customer relations
- Risk management
- Ensure fixed and direct cost are on budget
- Ensure good capacity and resource planning to carry out schedule and unscheduled service in agreed timeline
Qualifications - At least 5 years related working experience, especially experience in wind turbine service business
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or similar
