The India Tools Warehouse supplies Installation & Commissioning tools to the Project Department and Operation & Maintenance tools to the Service Department. Our aim is to deliver high-quality tools to our stakeholders, ensuring safer, smarter, and more efficient Construction & Service activities, thereby sustaining Vestas as a global leader in the wind energy sector.
Responsibilities - Provide end-to-end Technical Support for Tools to One Tool warehouses.
- Read and interpret tool specifications, technical documents, and drawings.
- Have hands-on experience with tools and equipment usage and operating principles in the wind industry for over 7 years.
- Interact with R&D/Vestas Power Solutions to gather detailed technical solutions for tools.
- Address technical queries from the Construction, Service, and Procurement teams.
- Be familiar with Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Electronics circuits and drawings related to tools and equipment.
- Understand and develop the ECM process for rebuilding and change management as per requirements.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of tool quality processes and maintenance procedures.
- Follow up closely with the support team to achieve departmental goals.
- Create Maintenance & Inspection Checklists for tools.
Qualifications - Engineering Graduate (BE / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech).
- 7+ years of technical experience in the wind industry or tools management.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP.
- Extensive hands-on with CREO, Windchill, CAD.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to connect with both Global and Regional teams.
- Advanced presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment and be focused to meet new requirements.
- High attention to detail with a solution-oriented approach.
