We are looking for Project Coordinator to join our expanding project team here at the Hull Blade Factory. The role will require you to support the Project Management Office and the Project Management team to ensure their interdependencies support the strategies set out by the business.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting the organisation and coordination of the project management team
- Involvement and assisting in stakeholder management across the business and ensuring the project is adding value and the stakeholders are aligned
- Assisting with planning and organisation of project operational meetings
- Coordinate appointments, calendars, and meetings
- Develop and coordinate the effective communication between project teams
- Updating and supporting the project plans, schedules, and project trackers
- Supporting the projects to ensure they meet time, cost, and quality requirements as part of their delivery
- Coordinate ways to improve process, ways of working and programs and define the best practices
- Carry out any project risk assessments and ensure the contingency plans are in place
- Administrative work handling and coordinating the project documentation and feeding into the overall program

- Experience of working in project support role in a manufacturing industry or engineering
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Understanding of project planning
- Confidence to present material and information effectively
- Display good judgement, Self-motivation and excellent organisation skills
- Able to manage and priorities activities to ensure deadlines are met
- Have good interpersonal, oral and written skill to communicate across the business.
- Self motivated to be able to add value without being prompted and take responsibility for actions.
