Duties & Responsibilities Purpose To carryout Risk, Reliability and Maintenance Engineering activities in accordance with governing documents, quality and norms of both client and company. Develop maintenance strategies, inspection program for onshore and offshore oil and gas installations, Petrochemicals, Refineries and implement activities in client Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/APM Software & maintaining detailed analytical reporting.
Functions ESSENTIAL
• Responsible for developing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and hand over an as built system to operation & maintenance for Greenfield and Brownfield projects in accordance with company and contractual, requirements.
• Develop procedure for the implementation of the SCE assurance & risk-based tasks from the Operational Performance Standards into the CMMS.
• Responsible for coordinating the Risk Based inspection studies and processes and their correct implementation into the CMMS, based on and in line with the incorporated maintenance and equipment strategies.
• Deliver discipline input to scope characterization and across asset management work scopes, which may include the following specific activities: asset hierarchy development; criticality assessments; maintenance/inspection data builds; data cleansing and critical spares development.
• Create new build hierarchical equipment lists (Functional Locations and Assets), Job Tasks, Task Lists, Job Plans, Object Lists, BOMs, route structuring, inspection plans and owning import templates & ability to authenticate Master Equipment List (MEL), Asset Tag Registers and SCE Lists from P&IDs, PFDs and single line drawings.
• Create & update templates System Setup Equipment wise, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enrichments like version control for calibration certificates and technical datasheets.
• Interpretation of critical documents such as P&IDs, Datasheets, Electrical Drawings, C&E
• Define Data migration strategy as per objects assigned on SAP/GE Meridium / Legacy system setup. Working knowledge of SAP data migration using SAP Data Services tool is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge in know-how of coding macros using VB Scripting and hands-on knowledge of using the MS Access database.
• Knowledge on how data is getting loaded into the SAP system for the relevant migration object is needed.
• Good Knowledge of MS SQL Server database scripting to understand existing SQL queries understanding and writing new SQL queries for validation.
• Responsible for End-to-End content related Data object clarifications until resolution for the objects assigned Conversion rules, Value mappings, data cleansing, test scripts creation and execution.
• Understand existing design from the vendor company, suggest best practices and improvements to achieve the migration with maximum productivity.

Reporting Relationship Qualifications Qualifications REQUIRED
- University Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & control/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Should have advanced level working knowledge experience of SAP Modules: Master Data, PM, MM, SAP Data Migration.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics • Minimum (8-10) years of relevant experience in relation to the job description.
• Experienced and knowledge of CMMS implementation, risk assessment processes, Equipment Criticality assessment/re-assessment, Enhance quality of maintenance strategies.
• Solid understanding of the management of Maintenance Change Request and technologies as applied to Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation equipment.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in CMMS implementation projects with services companies within Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refinery, Power Industries.
• Team player requiring minimal supervision, with ability to draw on the expertise and knowledge of the team to deliver the best solutions.
• Familiarity with QA/QC systems/procedures and CMMS Systems. Ensure that all requirements have been met.
• Experience working on MDG implementation on SAP S/4 HANA.
• Productivity Improvement and Knowledge of Lean PI methodology is an added value.
• Effective communication skill and stakeholder management is a necessary skill for the job.
Working Conditions This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
• Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
• Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace
• Work surface is stable (flat)
