Solutions Architect / Salesforce SME

Experienced Solutions Architect/Salesforce SME
8 + years of IT and development experience
3+ years of hands on Salesforce solutioning and architecture
Proficient in Salesforce tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components and SQQL
Experience in developing and maintaining automation processes using tools like process Builder, Flow, and Apex
Experience with web technologies HTML, CSS and JavaScript and database management
Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar
Understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can be leveraged to improve them
Strong analytical ability to help assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Strong interpersonal and management skills
High attention to details
One or more Salesforce certification is required Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Certified Salesforce Developer, Certified Application Builder, Certified Application Architect, Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant
Bachelor s Degree in computer science preferred
DUTIES:
The ideal candidate will work as the Senior Salesforce Lead / architect to help optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
Design and develop scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions
Create architectural blueprints and technical specifications
Lead Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion
Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems
Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems
Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Implement complex business logic and workflows
Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Oversee data migration, data quality, and data governance initiatives
Implement data backup and recovery strategies
Design and develop advanced reports and dashboards
Provide insights and analytics to support business decision-making
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and releases
Proactively suggest and implement system enhancements and process improvements
Liaise with Salesforce vendors and consultants for technical support and enhancements
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation
Conduct training sessions for users and development teams
Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing systems
Other related duties as required
