We’re seeking a Mass Production Program Manager for our data center product, GB200. This role involves overseeing the production process to ensure high-quality, efficient, and reliable mass production of this key product. You will lead multi-cross functional teams, optimize production plans, and engage closely with supply chain partners. What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and Drive Production Success: Oversee all mass production activities for the GB200 product, ensuring smooth ramp-up and efficient ongoing operations.
Planning and Scheduling: Build and refine production plans, to achieve project goals, including managing capacity, crafting schedules, readiness checklist, and prioritising resources.
Partner Coordination: Take on the role of the primary contact for production-related matters, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams. Make sure tooling, test infrastructure, test package are ready to start the build.
Risk Management: Identify risks early and implement robust risk mitigation strategies to maintain production stability and quality.
Collaborate with Suppliers and Vendors: Work closely with our internal and external partners to ensure that production materials, including the packaging materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Measure and closely supervise Production Yield Rate, On-Time Delivery (OTD), Cycle Time, Quality Issue Resolution, and ECO Implementation.
Optimize Cost and Efficiency: Drive operational efficiencies, quality improvements, and cost savings across the production process.
Status Reporting: Chair daily meeting with the factory. Keep senior leadership informed with regular updates on production status, quality metrics, and cost targets.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement efforts, bringing to bear insights to refine production processes and improve overall efficiency.
What We Need to See:
7+ years in program management, with a focus on mass production or manufacturing in the tech industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing, engineering builds, mass production requirements, and standard methodologies in project management.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and analytical skills; able to motivate and guide teams while solving complex issues.
Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication and ability to work across functions, including suppliers, vendors, and internal collaborators.
Capability to quick learn, understand, communicate and integrate technical concepts and issues
Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed.

The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 212,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
