You will stay updated on industry changes to help PAS deliver top digital experiences and customer service. You will help develop and implement strategic plans to boost client and advisor satisfaction with our tech platforms. You will collect and analyze data from several sources, track platform performance, and collaborate with internal and external parties to define and prioritize requirements.
