You will be responsible for Leading, coaching and developing our Plant multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that will increase our Reliability, Productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Your goal will be to establish an Agile and synchronized Supply chain.
You will:• Process & design requirement identification and design articulation, including documentation.
• Defines/Refines and documents relevant global processes.
• Delivers global template design & supports region fit gap analysis.
• Enables regional implementation with appropriate change management handbook.
• Risk identification & mitigation, securing alignment of all business stakeholders.
• Identifies & supports region delivery of value realization opportunities.
• Supports Regional Business Delivery Team to plan & manage the implementation including regional migration, testing & cutover, change activities, local training delivery & capability building in accordance to key milestones & TGM deliverables.
• Resolves process alignment issues and removes barriers to delivery.
• Chairs Functional Project Management Governance meeting, reporting and assess progress vs key milestones, identify cross-functional dependencies, and set priorities.
• Manages risks and escalations to Regional and Global Steering Committees
