Job Description
The Companies: This role will sit over a family of two building products companies. Each described below:
Eagle Point Solutions: Eagle Point Solutions is a turnkey flooring provider serving the residential, new-construction market in Texas. Eagle Point has operations in Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. Originally formed as a carve out in 2018, Eagle Point has enjoyed rapid growth over the last 6 years. With a strong focus on its Team Members, Eagle Point has earned a spot on Fortune Magazine’s Best Workplaces in Construction and Best Workplaces in Texas for the last two years.
What started as a hardwood installer has become a full-service floor and wall covering provider. Expansion opportunities include new customer acquisition, expansion into other verticals such as multi-family/commercial or remodel, expansion into other interior finish categories such as cabinets/countertops, and geographic expansion into new markets.
Eagle Point has ~60 team members located in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, India, Honduras, and Mexico. There is a solid management team consisting of a seasoned controller, dynamic VP of sales/ops, and talented Director of Supply Chain. Eagle Point brought in $33mm in revenue in 2023.
HT Building Products:
HT Building Products is a distributor of framing lumber to homebuilders. Founded in early 2022, HT has already earned back its initial start-up losses and finished out 2023 with over $39mm in revenue. We are expecting revenue of over $50mm for 2024. A Dallas expansion plan is already underway, which should contribute an additional $70mm to revenue in 2025. Further growth opportunities include a larger yard in Houston to service more customers, geographic expansion to Austin with the same customers, or expansion into an additional product line. HT has a team of around 60 people, based in Houston and Dallas.
Future Platforms:
We are already planning for a third platform to roll up companies in an adjacent sector.

Our ideal candidate is an innovative leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, prioritizes Team Member growth and engagement, and believes HR is about building people, not just managing policies.
