Senior Solutions Consultant Pre-Sales Channel Solution Consultant - Jabra Enterprise Division, Region North America

We are looking for dynamic entrepreneurial collaboration and video specialists with a deep knowledge of the world's leading video platforms and how the competitive landscape molds what the ideal solution and workflow will look like.
As part of an agile team of industry leaders you will be expected to work cross functionally with the sales and channel organizations to deliver on Jabra's vision of becoming the leader in hybrid video solutions. Reporting into the Head of Commercial Operations, you will use your knowledge and influence to ensure Jabra products become the lynchpin of the overall solution delivered to the client. You will be expected to be a knowledge base for multiple stakeholders in the business for the Why and How video collaboration works.
Key Responsibilities:- Ability to effectively partner with and support Channel Account Managers charged with expanding Jabra business beyond headsets/audio into video opportunities
- Detailed working knowledge of leading UC platforms in general both for Room Systems and the desktop clients including Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet
- Deep knowledge of the Channel Video Ecosystem and all partners from NSPs to SVIs
- Leader that can build their own processes and effectively manage a team
- Ability to coordinate the creation of Technical Channel Enablement literature
- Understanding of Management Platforms for Collaboration devices such as Teams Admin Center and Zoom Device manager
- Fundamental understanding industry trends, competitive landscape, and positioning of various solutions in the market today
- Expert communicator comfortable with speaking to and actively engaging with a group of people with varying levels of technical knowledge both physically and virtually
- Ability to host and maintain a working UC environment with home office for purposes of testing, validation, and demonstration to customers
- Establish the Jabra solution consulting team as trusted advisors with customers and channel partners and more crucially the internal business as a whole
- Be meticulous in your approach documenting and all client interactions and issue escalations in granular detail
- Have the agility to adhere to best-in-class engagement processes yet be malleable enough to know when to take control of the situation to "get the job done"
- Develop and deliver channel technical enablement modules, presentations and demos
Requirements:- Experience of Networking essentials
- 8 years' experience at a Video collaboration manufacturer
- 8 Years of working with the Collaboration Channel
- Certifications in Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms
- History in voice deployments
- Detailed knowledge of SIP video environments - how the industry has grown
- History in working with AV Design and complex Audio and Video rollouts
- Knowledge on remote management methodologies such as Intune
- Firm grasp of USB principles
- History of creating Technical Enablement
Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position can range from $75,000.00 to $180,000.00, with an additional discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
