30971 - DOCUMENT CONTROLLER EXPERT At
Eni, we are looking for a
Document Controller Expert within
Eni Iraq B.V. in Basra, Iraq. You will be responsible for supporting the activities performed within the Contracts and Procurement Unit, as well as providing support to the Global Contracts and Procurement Manager.
As a member of the Contracts & Procurement Team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Contract & Procurement Manager and the Department Manager, if required.
- Assisting the Contracts & Procurement Unit according to requirements and procurement-related needs.
- Managing the communications channel concerning general procurement activity.
- Storing hard copies and electronic copies of all procurement-related documents, reporting any related information in an orderly manner, in line with policies and procedures.
- Allocating and controlling the document numbering system.
- Working with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and easily retrievable.
- Responding in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information, conducting information searches, and handling general requests for support from department personnel.
- Accurately updating information as required.
- Proactively acting within the department to provide day-to-day support.
- Working in an international and multiracial environment, respecting people's diversity in accordance with the Eni Code of Ethics.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: - Educated to degree level (preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Law) is desirable.
- Experience in oil and gas projects is desirable.
- Experience in contracts and procurement is desirable.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required; fluency in written and spoken Arabic is desired.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of communication processes and relevant tools.
