Eni, we are looking for a
Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor within the
Zubair Field Operating Division in
Zubair,
Iraq. You will be following and supervising preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance activities in the field, in compliance with reference standards, policies and procedures, and in coordination with production, to guarantee the prompt, safe and environment respecting execution of all maintenance activities.
As a member of the Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for: - Supervising in-house contractors and vendors, to ensure safe and efficient execution of mechanical tasks.
- Developing and updating maintenance plans and schedules, to minimize production disruptions.
- Analysing equipment performance, to identify issues and propose improvements.
- Ensuring that maintenance plans meet engineering standards and are compliant with regulations.
- Preparing maintenance documentation, including checklists and risk assessments.
- Achieving maintenance KPIs and supporting technicians' training and development.
- Managing manpower, including overtime and emergency planning.
- Overseeing spare parts and warehouse activities, including stock management and ordering.
- Ensuring application of the relevant HSEQ procedures during maintenance work.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: - Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering related field.
- Extensive operations & maintenance experience in the petroleum industry, including production operations, with knowledge of plant inspection, static and rotating equipment, mechanical components, plants commissioning.
- Significant experience in supervisory role as rotating / static mechanical equipment Supervisor.
- Fluent in English language.
