At Eni, we are looking for a Contract Administration Manager within Eni Iraq B.V. in Basra, Iraq. You will be responsible for Contract Administration activities reporting to Procurement function, supervising and coordinating the Contract Administrator(s) in supporting the Contract Holder(s), in the effective administration of Contracts within the area of competence. You will report to the Head of Global Contracts and Procurement directly.
Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).

Main responsibilities:
- Manage the entire Contract Administration (CA) team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training.
- Mentor and coach junior team members based on personal development plans.
- Promote HSE procedures and best practices, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal obligations.
- Define the scope, goals, and deliverables for the CA team with detailed timelines, priorities, and execution plans.
- Set up performance indicators to monitor individual and department goals.
- Provide employee feedback and performance evaluations in line with company policies.
- Offer advice and guidance on contract administration matters to the CA team and other departments.
- Ensure strict compliance with contract terms and relevant internal policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies and policies.
- Participate in internal and external contract audits and provide advice on audit-related issues.
Skills and experience required:
- University degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Extensive experience in Contract Administration in the oil and gas industry.
- Relevant experience in managerial positions.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- High ethical standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiating and influencing skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, team player.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP packages.
