30450 - CONTROL ROOM SUPERVISOR
At Eni, we are looking for a Control Room Supervisor within Eni Congo S.A. You will be responsible for leading operations activities inside the FLNG Control Room and supervising the Control Room (CCR) Operators.
Location and Work Pattern:
CHINA: From January 2025 to September 2025 (9 months): TOWN BASED (Qidong,) RESIDENTIAL.
CONGO: From October 2025/duration 24/36 months. OFFSHORE 28/28 (Marine XII LNG), ROTATIONAL.
As a member of the Production Department, you will be responsible for:
During EPCIC / Project Phase
- Providing operations input during the EPCIC phase, taking active part in all related events such as workshops for process hazard assessment, workshops for design review etc.
- Reviewing and commenting on the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up contractor procedures.
- Supporting and cooperating for a smooth transition from the commissioning phase to operational phase as part of the Integrated Commissioning Team.
- Participating in all training and familiarization sessions organized by the EPCIC contractor.
- Supervising CCR operators during plant start-up.
During OPERATIONS Phase
- Monitoring plant process units and equipment to ensure they are running safely, efficiently and within the Integrity Operating Windows.
- Supervising CCR operators during any plant restart to ensure its course as per approved procedures relevant to Black/Cold/Hot start up.
- Addressing operations requirements to Maintenance Team through the CMMS.
- Reviewing and organizing, in close coordination with Field Operators Supervisor, all PTW issued and ensuring all risks have been covered.
- Reporting any fault or defect in the facility to the Production Shift Coordinator and taking necessary actions to correct any abnormal situation, in order to limit risk to personnel, plant equipment and production and prevent incidents and escalations.
- Follow-up of routine and non-routine laboratory analysis, taking appropriate actions to sustain product quality and reporting abnormalities to the Production Shift Coordinator.
- Ensuring proper shift handover and reporting to the next shift.
- Participating in the Emergency Response Plan.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- BSC of Engineering (Chemical Engineering is preferred).
- Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with special reference to presence in Control Room, and preferably in LNG plants.
- Good knowledge of LNG production process.
- Good knowledge of DCS and SIS systems.
- Good knowledge of Permit to Work System.
- BOSIET and HUET.
- Proficient knowledge of English language. Intermediate knowledge of French language desired.
