30445 - PRODUCTION SHIFT COORDINATOR
At Eni, we are looking for a Production Shift Coordinator within Eni Congo S.A. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient production operations of the plant.
Location and Work Pattern:
CHINA: From January 2025 to September 2025 (9 months): TOWN BASED (Qidong,) RESIDENTIAL.
CONGO: From October 2025/duration 24/36 months. OFFSHORE 28/28 (Marine XII LNG), ROTATIONAL.
As a member of the Production Department, you will be responsible for:
During EPCIC / Project Phase
- Providing operations input during the EPCIC phase, taking active part in all related events such as workshops for process hazard assessment, workshops for design review etc.
- Participating in reviewing EPCIC deliverables related to Production Operations.
- Representing Production Operations during FATs and SATs.
- Reviewing and commenting on the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up contractor procedures.
- Supporting and cooperating for a smooth transition from the commissioning phase to operational phase as part of the Integrated Commissioning Team.
During OPERATIONS Phase
- Making every effort to achieve production targets in terms of productivity, efficiency of operations and availability.
- Reviewing and commenting documents specific to production operations such as operating procedures and work instruction and manuals, to ensure their correct and safe implementation within shift operation team.
- Producing shift reports detailing production levels and test results.
- Ensuring operations shifts are always adequately manned by competent staff.
- Coordinating with maintenance team for the execution of maintenance activities to minimize plant downtime and ensure availability and readiness of critical equipment.
- Supporting maintenance team in the definition of the Scope of Work, in the development of dedicated procedures and in the execution and reporting of production shutdown activities.
- Supervising and controlling the consumption of chemicals and other plant utilities.
- Promoting a positive safety culture within the operation shift team.
- Acting as Approval Authority of the PTW (Permit to Work) and being responsible for safe work conditions at site according to PTW procedure.
- Participating in monitoring of offloading activities and managing necessary activities for the safe and efficient loading of the export vessels from the FLNG.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- BSC of Engineering (Chemical Engineering is preferred).
- Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in LNG plants.
- Significant experience in a supervision/coordination position.
- Solid knowledge of LNG production management.
- Good capabilities in plant/process troubleshooting.
- BOSIET and HUET.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good capability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient knowledge of English language. Intermediate knowledge of French language desired.
