Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose
Oceaneering is looking for enthusiastic students for a period of 4 to 12 months to support us with the multidisciplinary challenge of AGVs, software, electrical mechanical and project engineering.
Functions
ESSENTIAL
Examples
• Analyse customer request or issue and make proposal.
• Prepare and make specifications / plans for vehicle controls update (electrical retrofit).
• Prepare and make specifications / plans for vehicle functions update (mechanical, sensors, software)
• Prepare and make specifications / plans for fleet control function update (software)
• Be part of the team and or manage the execution of the update.
Additionally, being a relatively small business unit, you can expect to experience a range of roles and duties over the project lifecycle, from design to testing and commissioning. Hence, this internship will be the perfect steppingstone for your career!
Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications
REQUIRED
• Currently enrolled in (or finished) a relevant HBO or WO education (e.g. Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or IT).
• Affinity with mobile robotics, AGV's, AMR's, etc.
• Excellent technical judgment
• Hands-on mentality
• Excellent written and oral communications in English
DESIRED
• Preferably have knowledge about:
o Project management tools
o Atlassian Jira
o Autocad and or E-plan
o Knowledge of FMEA
• You are creative and can solve problems with minimal input needed.
• You can set priorities and are immune to stress.
• Written and oral communications in Dutch and/or German would be advantageous.
