This position is located in Poland/Gdansk with hybrid form of working.
How to contribute to our vision
We're currently looking for a Resource Coordinator to support our operations managers for offshore technicians at SGRE office in Gdansk.
Scope of responsibilities:
Your will manage various administrative office tasks, such as:
- Support managers in administrative tasks
- Delegation support
- Support with PPE and working clothes
- Support with time registration and travel reimbursement for offshore technicians
- Completes assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kind.
- May assist in preparing annual budgets, and completes analysis of monthly budget activity.
- Schedules appointments and meetings, and writes respective minutes and protocols.
- Coordinates and establishes all travel arrangements, and reconciles travel and expense reports
- Answers, screens, and places phone calls, and manages in- and outbound correspondence.
- Monitors all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
- Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
- Assist in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
- Ad-hoc tasks
What you need to make a difference
A passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance to lead the change and a drive to create impactful change.
You will be the office point of contact with a lot of interfaces and many different tasks to be solved, therefore you need to enjoy contact with people and dynamic work environment.
We expect you to fulfill the following:
- University degree, preferably in Administration or similar,
- Experience on a similar position, preferably in a bigger organization,
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues,
- Eager to learn in a dynamic environment,
- Very good English language skills.
